Cancellation and Refund Terms:

In the event of a cancellation by the client after booking, the following refund policy will apply:

1.A 50% refund of the tour package price will be provided once you book your tour

2.If a cancellation occurs within 30 to 20 days from the starting date of the tour, we will refund 30% of our tour package price (not Include SDF fee).

3.If a cancellation occurs within 20 to 10 days from the starting date of the tour, we will refund 10% of our tour package price.

4.If a cancellation occurs within 10 days from the starting date of the tour, no refund

5.The government SDF fee will be fully refunded.

6.Any currency conversion fees associated with the refund will be the responsibility  of the client.
