Upon arrival at Paro International Airport, our guests will receive a warm welcome from their guide and savor a delightful lunch at a designated restaurant. Following this, there will be a scenic drive to Thimphu, where guests will be transferred to a wellness-oriented accommodation. The journey kicks off with an opening ceremony led by a local wellness expert, allowing participants to set their intentions for the upcoming days.

As the evening unfolds, a relaxation session, possibly incorporating gentle meditation, will provide a tranquil introduction to the serene atmosphere of Bhutan. To cap off the day, participants will be treated to a welcome dinner featuring the delectable flavors of Bhutanese cuisine, culminating in an overnight stay in Thimphu.

The second day begins with a morning meditation and a brief prayer session, set against the breathtaking backdrop of Thimphu, Bhutan's capital. Participants then embark on an exploration of the magnificent Buddha statue at Kunsel Phodrang, commonly known as Buddha Point, to gain insights into Bhutan's rich Buddhist heritage and spiritual roots.

At Buddha Point, participants have the opportunity to marvel at the unique artistry of mandalas and a collection of one hundred thousand small Buddha statues. The day's activities commence with brief prayers and a guided meditation session, fostering a state of heightened awareness.

In the afternoon, we engage in a mindfulness walk at Nation Memorial Chorten(Stupa), joining locals in circumambulating the stupa for a contemplative and mindful experience.Next, we explore the Folk Heritage Museum, immersing ourselves in the wealth of Bhutanese folk heritage and rural history. We seize the opportunity to visit the National Library of Bhutan and the National Institute for Zorig Choesum (13 Traditional Arts). Additionally, we visit Bhutan's Textile Museum, where we can witness the traditional art of weaving and engage in a mindful sightseeing experience that reflects the rich culture of the country.The day concludes with an exploration of Thimphu city, setting the stage for a restful night in Thimphu.

The day begins with a picturesque drive to Punakha, featuring stunning landscapes. Along the way, a brief mindfulness natural sightseeing stop at Dochula Pass allows us to appreciate the panoramic view over forested valleys and the snow-capped Himalayan mountains.

Participants then embark on an exploration of Punakha Dzong, the second oldest and largest dzong in the country. Here, one can marvel at the wonderful and unique Bhutanese architecture, gaining insights into the roots of the culture and traditions prominently displayed.

In the afternoon, we follow the Mo Chu River and embark on a hike to Khamsum Yulley Namgyal Chorten (stupa), majestically located on a ridge above Punakha valley. This serves as a perfect setting for engaging in a wellness activity amidst the natural atmosphere surrounding the area.

In the evening, a guided nature walk through the longest suspension bridge further enhances the connection with the surrounding environment, culminating in a peaceful overnight stay in Punakha.

In the morning, a scenic drive transports participants to the Gantey Valley, renowned for its pristine beauty. The day is dedicated to a wellness retreat, featuring yoga, meditation, and wellness workshops. Outdoor activities, designed to promote mindfulness, enrich the overall well-being experience, including a visit to Gangtey Monastery—an important religious site perched on a hilltop. Marvel at its intricate architecture and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding valley.

In the afternoon, a walk Meditation along the Gangtey Nature Trail provides breathtaking views of the valley, offering an excellent opportunity to appreciate the natural beauty and tranquility of the area.

The evening is marked by a bonfire and stargazing session, creating a tranquil atmosphere for reflection. Participants retire for the night in the serene Gangtey Valley.

As the sun rises, participants engage in a soul-nourishing awareness meditation session, combined with local community exploration by visiting the Black Necked Crane Information Centre. Gain insights into the migratory patterns and conservation efforts of the endangered Black-necked Cranes, which winter in the Gangtey Valley. The Information Centre provides valuable information about these majestic birds.

Following the wellness activities, participants further connect with the local community by visiting nearby farms. Learn about traditional farming practices, interact with farmers, and gain a deeper understanding of the agricultural lifestyle in Gangtey Valley.

Following the visit to Gangtey Valley, we drive back to Thimphu, enjoying the scenic views along the way. Lunch will be served during the journey. Upon reaching Dochula Pass, a brief nature walking meditation is conducted through the fresh forest, providing an opportunity to connect the body and mind with the serene beauty of nature.

In the evening, we stroll through Thimphu city, offering an opportunity to purchase souvenirs or gifts for your family and loved ones. Returning to the hotel, reflect on the our wellness activities, attuning to the serene atmosphere for a peaceful overnight stay in Thimphu.

The day begins with morning meditation or mindfulness sessions, establishing a contemplative atmosphere for the sixth day. Subsequently, we explore the farmer's market to witness a diverse array of locally produced goods. Continuing our journey to Paro, we make a stop at Tag Cho Temple. A brief stroll across a suspension bridge and a visit to the temple enhance our mindfulness and meditation practices.

We head towards Paro town to explore Rinpung Dzong, a fortress-monastery steeped in history. Delve into its remarkable architecture, detailed woodwork, and exquisite paintings. This dzong is also the venue for the yearly Paro Tsechu festival.

In the afternoon, we seize the opportunity to visit the National Museum of Bhutan. Nestled within a 17th-century watchtower known as Ta Dzong, the museum offers a glimpse into Bhutan's cultural and historical artifacts. It serves as a captivating window into the distinctive heritage of the kingdom.

Later, we take a leisurely stroll through Paro town, immersing ourselves in the local atmosphere and connecting with the residents. The day culminates in an evening session of meditation or sound therapy, fostering a serene and centered state for participants. Short discussions about the upcoming Tiger's Nest hike and necessary preparations add anticipation for the adventures that lie ahead.

Participants begin their day with an early start, engaging in a picturesque morning spiritual hike to the legendary Paro Taktsang, famously known as Tiger's Nest Monastery. The journey fosters a profound body-mind connection amidst the pristine natural surroundings and invigorating fresh air. At the iconic Tiger's Nest, a pause is taken for spiritual enrichment, featuring awareness meditation, well-being practices, and prayers for a prosperous and spiritually fulfilling life.

Lunch is savored at a scenic viewpoint with a panoramic view of the iconic structure. If time permits, we make a visit to Kyichu Lhakhang, one of the oldest and holiest temples in Bhutan. Following this, there is free time for personal reflection or optional spa treatments.

As the day winds down, immerse yourself in a Bhutanese cultural performance, indulging in the richness of local arts. The evening crescendos with a farewell dinner, featuring a Bhutanese feast, serving as a fitting conclusion to your cultural and wellness journey.
